Beyond the ordinary

Linda Brumbill was born and raised in Oshawa.  Graduating from Durham College of Applied Arts in 1993 with a Legal Admin Certificate, she worked for approx 10 years in Toronto with GWL Realty in their Residential Leasing Department as an assistant. In 2005, she decided to give up the Toronto commute and began her real estate journey selling new homes with Great Gulf Homes. After 2006 she worked on and off as a real estate assistant for numerous agents. But she always wanted to sell on her own. 

In 2011 she took the plunge and realized that goal - selling as an independant licensed realtor - both in cottage country (Hastings and surroundings) and in Durham region, which she continues to do to this day. 

Her experience with both rural properties - wells, septics, oil tanks, waterfront and vacant land - as well as her experience with city home sales in both Durham and Belleville/Quinte has allowed Linda to be able to assist numerous buyers and sellers with their real estate goals.
